Want to take a wellness break and enjoy the beautiful New England fall scenery? We will be walking along beautiful nature trails that are primarily flat, yet challenging for all levels. Outdoor walking is a great way to stay fit, and feel good about yourself. This is a one-of-a-kind outdoor event geared towards busy adults 35+. There will be stops for selected exercises, you'll learn how to safely move your body, improve flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, while improving fitness amidst your busy lifestyle.
