My Story

Grzegorz (Greg) Lunski | Owner

Strong4Life is founded by Grzegorz (Greg) Lunski in 2022 to help people in their fitness goals and overall wellness as an integral part for quality of life and resilient longevity.


Greg’s passion for fitness started with a set of dumbbells and  body weight exercises at the age of 12 upon arrival to the US from Poland. With over 25 years of training, teaching, and research it has become a drive to excel in different athletic endeavors and accomplishing various goals. Along with motivating and coaching others to reach their optimal fitness and wellness.


As an educator for 15 years Greg  has over 45,000 hours in teaching developmentally appropriate, research based innovative concepts in fitness, nutrition and wellness to his students. Whether one’s goal is to make daily life easier, improve athletic performance, competition or just general preparedness for whatever life throws at you, proper training is a necessity.

    Greg’s passion for teaching and learning has created an eager desire to research and apply various methodologies with his clients, students, and in his own training. Many training programs may work for the majority, but every individual has different needs and experience in fitness. There are many variables to be considered with each unique trainee for their success in attaining goals while reducing the risk for injuries. The process of just working out is not good enough just for the sake of being sore and drenched in sweat. To achieve specific goals it is important to develop sound technique, and have proper programming for the right goals. Coupled with sustainable wholesome nutrition, proper rest/recovery and necessary flexible mobility. Greg is a strong believer that through developing the strongest version of yourself, you develop a no quit and confident mindset when faced with various adversities. When you begin your transformation and achieve your goals, others will be drawn to it. 


    Through decades of learning and applying various training modalities and nutrition Greg trained for and completed several full and half marathons. He has also trained in few different martial art styles which were augmented with conditioning training, mobility and flexibility. On his quest to becoming well versed in fitness training he has studied and applied with a keen mindset many modalities: kettlebell training, powerlifting, bodyweight and other resistance modalites, as well as  proper mobility and flexibility protocols. This has been made possible by a thirst for knowledge, certification through NSCA CSCS and having participated in various conferences/workshops from nationally and internationally recognized fitness industry leaders.
