With many hours of research, grad work, utilizing various methods with students and clients, Greg has helped to pave the way to a keen attention in programming for each individual’s goals and needs.


Individual training age or lack of, and any injuries are taken into account for training to be safe and productive. Strong 4 Life is based on four pillars: Strength Training, Conditioning, Flexible Mobility, and Sustainable Nutrition. Over the years of teaching and testing various training and nutritional protocols, not one method will work for the masses. With resolute integrity you will be guided through a tailored plan to attain your goals as long as you are willing to be accountable for putting in consistent and frequent quality work.

Whether you’re an athlete, and average hardworking individual, want to be stronger than you look or develop a muscular physique, understand that it requires patience and hard work on your end. You won’t be given some generic program or unrealistic quick promises to reach your goals. I understand the challenges some may face with busy family schedules, previous injuries and still finding the motivation to stay physically active.


As a trainee/athlete you will have access to a proper program. Which will have correct and safe technique of the right exercises, progressions for each week’s training sessions and appropriate resistance modalities. I look forward to helping you on your path of physical fitness, and wellness for a lifetime as fitness can be medicine in many forms!
